Has Your tile contractor ghosted you or done a poor job for you?
I sure hope not. Unfortunately, many people find themselves stuck in this situation, or they’ve already wholly paid their guy for the job and never see them again. Many guys disappear either before done or many, many times never even start the job. Unfortunately, I get calls, and people tell me“I just paid my guy. It looks like crap. Can you come and fix it?”

This is a regrettable situation for anybody stuck in this dilemma. I’ve been doing tile full-time for 44 years as a professional, working for myself the entire time. I get these kinds of calls almost weekly: somebody’s unhappy with some tile they’ve already paid for, and the guy is gone and won’t come back and fix it.

Because of the nature of tile installations, usually, there’s not much you can do to prevent failure or fix it other than tear it out and start over. The tiles might need to be smoother * They might have joints that don’t line up *They might have cuts that need to be longer * They might have done a lousy grout job, which now looks horrible * They might have made huge mistakes in their layout...

I hate to find people stuck in any of these situations. I want to help you and help you as painlessly as possible. If any of this has happened to you and you want to do something about it, please give me a call. I’d love to come over and see what we can do to rescue an awful situation.
